Meet Karolyn Baker

One:One Consultation & Audit
In this phase we review your current state, where you are not and how your business is doing. Then, we uncover what you want your business to be in the future. I'll then complete a GAP Analysis that we will review together.
Focus on Productivity
This phase is where we establish workflows for each process, develop your swim lanes and set productivity standard.
Goal Setting & Strategy
Together, we set SMART goals and establish a method for tracking progress. We'll create an organizational chart/reporting structure, clear job roles and expectations as well as an accountability plan.
Monitoring & Reporting
In the following months, our team will work with you to monitor progress and continue to make recommendations for continued improvement of efficiency, communications and systems.
